Five national heritage sites, open to walk through
VisitaPY is a project I started on my own initiative in 2019: 360 virtual tours of Paraguay's landmarks, photographed, stitched, built and hosted by me. Each one opens in the browser.

New fuel station attendants were inducted in person by one manager, 5 to 6 hours per session. Nobody had asked for a fix. I asked him what his day looked like, proposed a 20-minute immersive version, and delivered it one week after the quotation was approved.

Anaf: bookings, catalogue and online orders for small businesses
A multi-tenant platform for barbers, salons, boutiques and shops in Paraguay: each business gets its own page with appointments, a product catalogue and orders, in minutes. I am the product owner and architect, and I build it with AI coding agents under written specs, with more than 370 automated tests, two-factor login and security reviews.

Provisioning, assembly and configuration of five Absen KLCOB LED screens.
H&M
Absen KLCOB P1.5 wall, 2.4 m by 3.04 m, including the network configuration of its video processor. Supervised the installation.
Radio Ñanduti and Condor SA
Professional videowalls in L-shaped and 2 by 2 layouts, and a remotely managed signage videowall with a dedicated media player.
B2B ordering portal for a distributor
A private ordering site used by 8 sales reps on tablets. It removed handwritten orders, and with them the wrong shipments.
A USD 480,000 house, sold with a video
A large house on 2,000 m² of land in Asunción. The tenant would not let any buyer in. I earned his trust, bought a camcorder, filmed every room, edited the footage with music and transitions, and delivered it on DVD. The buyers decided from the video. Years later the same idea became my virtual tours.

Where I have done it
Lead Tech
- IT for up to 100 users across several sites: servers, network, Google Workspace, email, DNS, NAS and backups.
- On-site delivery of fixed LED and AV installations: field team coordination, supervision and commissioning.
- Installed LED walls and videowalls for the Central Bank of Paraguay, H&M, Radio Ñanduti and Condor SA.
- Novastar controller and scaler support, remote and on site.
- Self-hosted remote support and remote administration of the digital signage network.
- On-call incident response and network troubleshooting at client sites.
- Program and operate SanBot and Temi service robots at events, with a custom control panel for Temi.
- Built interactive kiosk games for brand activations and a 4K operations dashboard for the showroom videowall.
- Set up equipment rental management with AdamRMS and redesigned the company website.
Founder
- Web and email hosting for 8 paying clients on infrastructure I designed and run. Two clients retained since about 2015.
- Built the server myself from sourced parts: two Xeon processors, 128 GB of memory, Proxmox, a 10 kVA UPS and scheduled backups to a second machine.
- Moved client hosting from a rented server in Europe to my own hardware, to cut loading times for visitors in Paraguay.
- Run the full mail service and aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every client domain, so their email stays out of spam folders.
- VisitaPY heritage tours, the Nextar VR induction, and virtual tours for real estate and institutions, including Yacyretá.
- Sold the Nextar program with no request from the client: I found the problem, pitched it, quoted it and delivered it in under two weeks.
- Built a camera mount by hand for 360 photography when a commercial one was out of budget.
- Product owner and architect of two multi-tenant SaaS products for Paraguayan small businesses, including Anaf (anaf.app).
- Operate a local AI server with an RTX 3090 graphics card for image generation and language models.
- Service and audit client computers with my own PowerShell tool, which checks each machine against the needs of its department.
